01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "774pub," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 774pub platform accessible at 774pub.app.
• "Platform" refers to the 774pub website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 774pub platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a player on the 774pub platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's 774pub account, including deposited funds and any credited bonuses.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access the 774pub platform, including but not limited to desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and the 774pub mobile application.

774pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated. 03 Eligibility

To register and use the 774pub platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 774pub, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 774pub platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

04 Account Registration

To access real money games on 774pub, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 774pub immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 774pub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

774pub reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

774pub supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the platform's cashier section and may be updated periodically. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 774pub targets a processing time of 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals; however, actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification status.

774pub reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

774pub may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Real money funds in your account will be used before bonus funds in all wagering activity.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified.
• 774pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other means — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or systematic bonus exploitation is prohibited.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 774pub platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG certification is maintained on an ongoing basis.

Each game on 774pub is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real money wagers. 774pub accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 774pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. 774pub's decision in such matters is final.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots or scripts, or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 774pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 774pub staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 774pub platform or its software.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 774pub platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 774pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 774pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 774pub.

Any unauthorized use of 774pub's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 774pub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions, subject to our fair resolution procedures.
• Any reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

774pub's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

774pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We take problem gambling seriously and encourage all players to game responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 774pub players:

12 Account Suspension & Termination

774pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward other players or staff.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 774pub support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, players must first contact 774pub's customer support team to seek resolution. 774pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. The decision of 774pub's compliance team on matters relating to game outcomes and technical issues shall be final and binding.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
